- Insert densitometer can be detected online in real time. It can be used in the process control of products with density as the basic parameter or in the reference quality control with solid percentage or concentration percentage.
DESCRIBE
It can be applied to the interface detection in multi-product pipeline, density detection of mixing mixture, reactor end point monitoring and diser interface detection in the above industries. The sensor works based on the vibration principle of the component, and the component part is the sound fork part immersed in the liquid under test. The sound fork part senses vibration through the piezoelectric device fixed to the bottom end of the fork body. The oscillation frequency is detected by a secondary piezoelectric device fixed to the other end of the fork body, and then the signal is amplified through the circuit at the top. The liquid density is closely related to the vibration frequency of the measured liquid flow, and when the measured liquid density changes, the vibration frequency of the liquid flow also changes accordingly. The density of the tested liquid can be accurately calculated by using the following equation. D= K0 + K1T + K2T2 D= uncalibrated density of the measured medium (kg/m3) T= vibration frequency (us). K0, K1, K2= constant In the density detection process, the insert densitometer can automatically compensate for the influence of temperature on the density (D of the measured medium), and the pressure has no significant effect on the density.
