The flow profile of the incoming vortex flow sensor is similar to the pattern of the venturi tube. The subrotation precession frequency achieves good linearity in a wide flow range. The signal is amplified, filtered, and shaped by the preamplifier and converted into a pulse signal proportional to the flow rate, and then sent to the microprocessor for calculation together with the detection signals such as temperature and pressure. Finally, the measurement results (instantaneous flow, cumulative flow and temperature and pressure data) are displayed on the LCD screen. The flowmeter structure is compact, mainly composed of shell, vortex generator, sensor (temperature, pressure, flow), rectifier, bracket and converter.
