The diaphragm seal can protect the measuring instrument from corrosive, viscous, crystalline, corrosive, highly viscous, environmentally harmful or toxic media. Diaphragm made of appropriate materials can separate the measuring instrument from the measured medium. Therefore, the measuring instrument can be used for the most difficult measurement as long as the appropriate diaphragm seal is equipped. The filling liquid inside the system (the most suitable liquid can be selected according to the specific application) can transmit the pressure to the measuring instrument by hydraulic means. We can provide diaphragm seals of different designs and materials to meet all application requirements. When selecting diaphragm seals, users need to pay attention to two important standards: one is the type of process connector (flange, thread and sterile connector); the other is the basic manufacturing method. The diaphragm sealing belt is aseptic connection, which conforms to DIN11864 standard. After EHEDG certification, it can be integrated into the pipeline in the best way, meeting the high standard requirements for sanitary applications. The diaphragm sealing system can withstand the high temperature of clean steam in the SIP process and realize the aseptic connection between the measured medium and the diaphragm seal. Diaphragm seal and measuring instrument can be directly assembled (standard configuration), or assembled through cooling element or flexible capillary tube (optional). In terms of material selection, the upper chamber and diaphragm of the sealing diaphragm are made of the same material. The standard material of these sealing diaphragms is 316L (1.4435) stainless steel. Of course, we can also provide diaphragm products made of other special materials according to customer requirements.
