Diaphragm seal is used to protect the pressure measuring instrument from being damaged by various media in application. In a diaphragm seal system, the diaphragm of the diaphragm seal separates the instrument from the medium. The pressure is transmitted to the measuring instrument through the system filling fluid inside the diaphragm seal system. To meet customers' stringent application requirements, we can provide different designs, materials and system filling liquids. Thanks to its flushing process connection, the H17 diaphragm seal is most suitable for installation in the tank. It can be directly integrated into the tank body and storage container through suitable welding flanges. The liquid level measurement of diaphragm seal is also applicable to medium with high or low viscosity under pressure in the process. H17 diaphragm seal meets the requirements of high temperature and chemical resistant cleaning solution, and is especially suitable for CIP cleaning process. Diaphragm seal and measuring instrument can be directly assembled. For high temperature, it can be assembled through cooling element or flexible capillary tube. In terms of material selection, Rodweiger provides a variety of solutions. Diaphragm seals and wetted parts can be made of the same or different materials. Electro polishing can be selected for wetted parts.
