Diaphragm seal is used to protect the pressure measuring instrument from being damaged by various media in application. In the diaphragm sealing system, the diaphragm of the diaphragm seal separates the instrument and the medium. The pressure is transmitted to the measuring instrument through the system filling inside the diaphragm seal system. To meet customers' stringent application requirements, we can provide different designs, materials and system filling liquids. H18 diaphragm seal adopts threaded connection design, especially suitable for food industry. The diaphragm sealing system can withstand the high temperature of clean steam during the process, so as to realize the aseptic connection between the measured medium and the diaphragm seal. Diaphragm seals and measuring instruments can be directly assembled, or they can be adapted to high temperatures through cooling elements or flexible capillaries. The upper chamber and liquid receiving parts of the diaphragm seal can be made of the same or different materials. The electropolishing material can also be selected for the wetted parts.
