Precession Vortex Flowmeter

The flow profile of the flow sensor is similar to the pattern of the venturi tube. A set of spiral guide blades are placed on the inlet side, which force a violent vortex flow when the fluid enters the flow sensor. When the fluid enters the diffusion section, the vortex current is affected by the reflux, and begins to rotate twice, forming the phenomenon of vortex rotation. The flow frequency is proportional to the flow rate and is not affected by the physical properties and density of the fluid. The fluid secondary rotation frequency can obtain good linearity in a wide flow range. The signal is amplified, filtered and shaped by the preamplifier and converted into a pulse signal proportional to the flow rate, and then sent to the microprocessor for product processing together with the temperature and pressure detection signals, and finally the measurement results are displayed on the LCD screen(Instantaneous flow, cumulative flow and temperature and pressure data)
