Stainless steel case and wetted parts can meet the high requirements of corrosion resistance value. For extremely high corrosion resistance requirements, the pressure chamber of the diaphragm pressure gauge can be designed with various special materials (such as PTFE, tantalum or Hastelloy).
For the measurement of high viscosity, crystallization or contaminated medium, open joint flange is recommended. Compared with threaded connection, the open connecting flange has the advantage that the pressure port will not be blocked. The pressure chamber can be easily cleaned through the additional flushing connection on the open connecting flange.
The measuring system with diaphragm element can provide good overvoltage protection based on the design concept that the diaphragm can support itself on the upper flange. As a standard, Model A41 diaphragm pressure gauge can achieve overload safety of 5 times of full scale value. As an option, higher overload safety can be achieved.
